Identity platform · Norway large companies
What is the identity-platform mix (Microsoft Entra / Google Workspace / neither) of Norway large companies?
68.85% of Norway large companies are m365, measured across 183 companies on 2026-08-15. This is a composition measure, not a failure rate.
Measured every Saturday since 2026-08-01 — 4 observations to date. Last measured 2026-08-15.
How this is measured
Tier 3a. Unauthenticated getuserrealm.srf at login.microsoftonline.com (the same endpoint every Office sign-in page calls) for an Entra tenant, plus MX for Google Workspace. No credential is ever submitted. Denominator: any.
Passive measurement: a single DNS lookup, TLS handshake, or homepage GET per domain. Aggregate-only; no individual company is named. 95% Wilson confidence intervals. Population: national company registries (Companies House, Brreg, SIRENE), sampled by size band and resolved to email-active domains. Parked domains excluded. Snapshot: brreg-norway-per600-seed20260730.

Why it matters
An uncontested segmented statistic: M365 adoption runs ~57% in Norway, ~47% UK, ~39% France against ~21% of global domains. It is the denominator context every other identity finding needs, and nobody publishes it by company size and country.
Limits of this measurement
Precedence is stated — an Entra tenant wins over Google MX, because a domain can hold both (identity on Microsoft, mail on Google).
