Identity platform
Which identity and productivity platform a domain runs on, by segment. Context for the identity metrics, not a failure in itself.
Measured every Saturday · last updated
How it is measured
Tier 3a. Unauthenticated getuserrealm.srf at login.microsoftonline.com (the same endpoint every Office sign-in page calls) for an Entra tenant, plus MX for Google Workspace. No credential is ever submitted. Denominator: any.
Why it matters
An uncontested segmented statistic: M365 adoption runs ~57% in Norway, ~47% UK, ~39% France against ~21% of global domains. It is the denominator context every other identity finding needs, and nobody publishes it by company size and country.
Limits of this measurement
Precedence is stated — an Entra tenant wins over Google MX, because a domain can hold both (identity on Microsoft, mail on Google).
The base rate
Two independent populations. The global, domain-anchored figure is unbiased; the company-anchored figures are built by matching company names to domains and skew toward more digitally-mature firms. Both are published, so the gap is visible.
By company size band
Company-anchored cuts (national registries with a size proxy), split by size band. Right-hand figure is the number measured.

Slices below 100 measured members are withheld rather than shown with a wide interval — an absent country or issuer means too little data, not zero failures. Licensed CC BY 4.0. Machine-readable data per segment: append .json or .csv to its URL.
